We are 65 acres, 101 buildings, 493 units and 800 plus residents. Our property is a palisade, a park, and a plethora of lush greenery, blooming flowers, and cascading facades. The community was built in 1973 by Thomas Aquinas Malloy. It was developed in 3 phases and was one of the first condominium developments in Rhode Island!
